The Domino’s app then marked my order as “delivered” even though I never received it. When I called the store, I was connected to the driver, who claimed he had called me seven times. That was simply not true. I only received and missed one phone call. Instead of attempting to contact me again or resolving the issue, he turned around and left with my pizza. The situation got even worse when I spoke with the manager, Larry. Rather than helping solve the problem, arranging a redelivery, or offering a refund, he repeatedly hung up on me. I was treated with complete disrespect as a paying customer. To make matters worse, the app eventually informed me that because I never received my pizza, I would be given two free medium pizzas in the future. However, the credit would not appear on my account for 48 hours. So at the end of the day, I was left with no pizza, no dinner, and out more than $20. I ended up calling Pizza Hut, where I ordered a large pizza with the exact same toppings for about $10 on a special, and it was already being prepared and delivered while I was still trying to get answers from Domino’s about an order that never arrived. At no point did anyone attempt to make things right. No redelivery was offered, no refund was processed, and no apology was given. I paid for food I never received and was met with dishonesty, poor communication, and terrible customer service. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and ordering elsewhere. There are plenty of pizza places that value their customers and actually deliver what people pay for. Unfortunately, this Domino’s is not one of them.

When the delivery driver showed up, he did not take the order to the correct address and we were not at all notified the order was delivered. I saw him in his car outside, I flagged him down and he drove off. He came back a couple minutes later and asked if we were the ones who made the order, he gave US an attitude saying "Jesus Christ" and walked all the way across the apartment complex to grab the pizza. Eventually we had our pizza and I started eating the buffalo bites and when I looked down at the piece I just bit, there was MOLD on it. I called the location that delivered us the order and they asked me to call a number for a refund and they did not provide said number and hung up on me. We paid almost $40 dollars for food that could make us sick. Domino's will be paying for our medical bills if we wind up having food poisoning. This is not how chains should be treating customers and this location broke Serv Safe rules all over. People need to do their job so they don't hurt people or make them sick!! Please have some more respect for your customers!
