  The staff is pleasant, the food is typically good, and the place is clean... but my order has never been correct here. Not once on multiple occasions over the last 6 months (I drive by for work). Today I was given 2 cheeseburgers instead of a quarter pounder no pickle. I turn around, drive back, get my bag. It has pickles. Clearly labeled no pickles. The pickles thing happens almost every order. Other times they give me the wrong McFlurry. Again. Everyone is nice but my order is never right.

  Another edit. Today is Wednesday, may 15th 2:30pm This is the second time this week that we got a burger that was not fully cooked. Monday around the same time half way into my burger it was very pink. Today, I split my burger with my daughter and it was RED in the center. This is entirely unacceptable. We also got 4 nuggets that tasted as if they found them on the floor in the back of the freezer, popped them in the microwave and served them out the window. We were already home at this point and not worth the drive back into town to do anything about it. If it weren't for my kids prefering McDonald's we wouldn't keep going back there. If I eat here 10 times 8 of those times, my order will be wrong. Edit: I ate here last week and it was so understaffed there were 2 "employees" who were off the clock without uniforms on leaning over the counter to order their own food on the register while nobody else stood nearby. Later, after receiving our food, those same 2 girls who were still not in uniform (wearing a crop top and extremely short sorts) cleaned up and restocked the beverage and condiment counter while still off the clock. No clean tables, sticky floors, thrash way overstuffed, nasty bathrooms. Edit- 11/04 6:30pm. A female employee spent 10 minutes in the family rest room. This made it impossible to watch my other children and food in the play area while my other child had to use the regular restroom near the exit. When she came out, she left a big mess all over the floor. Yes, it was definitely her because one of my children had used that restroom just before her, and it was not a mess then.

  Never in 20 years have I ever gotten raw meat from McDonald's this mcdonalds always messes up my order and I'm 6 months pregnant wanting a burger and what do I get raw hamburger 🍔 😡🥵

  Burger was cold. Prices way too high. All the burgers, breakfast sandwiches are 1/2 the size they used to be but we are paying twice the price! Ordered a hot mocha and it was not a full cup and it did not have the whipped cream on it. Very unhappy with Mc Donalds...

  The woman at the drive thru speaker asked us if we were using a code on the app and my husband ordering said no not knowing I had one we get to the window to pay and he showed the the lady the code and she slammed the window shut and started shaking her head and then very nasty said guys I asked you at the speaker and he was like no you asked if I had a Mobile order (we don’t come to McDonald’s often he doesn’t know anything about the app wasn’t his fault) and she started yelling at my husband with a bad attitude and wouldn't give him back his card I reached over to tell her to give him his card back because she just kept arguing with him as soon as she saw me she gave it back to him and said have a nice day I wanted to go in so badly and speak to her manager I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but she was just having some kind of really bad day because you cannot be talking to people like this or acting like this in customer service.
