  my boyfriend and i went here for our first breakfast date and now we're regulars. absolutely love their food and the people are really nice. amazing customer service!

  Placed my order and when I arrived to pick it up, not only was it not ready, but they didn’t have bagels to fulfill it. I was never contacted about it and they could offer no solution but to wait with my 4 kids while they prepared and boiled them. Everything was ‘out of their control’, even a refund. I have to call elsewhere to receive it. What terrible customer service - as a business owner myself, this is totally unacceptable. We order bagels weekly and certainly won’t be returning to this location.

  Man, it's really delicious, however, every single time I ask for no cheese I have gotten cheese anyways. It's not the cashier, they always ring it up correctly, it's the cook. I also got SO much pepper on my sandwich today that it was borderline inedible. My mouth practically hurts and all I can taste is pepper. I really want to keep coming back because I love the food but my dietary needs are always ignored.
