  I visit 7 Brew frequently in multiple states because I travel for work, and it's become one of my favorite coffee stops. I was actually planning to leave a great review at the end of my stay because yesterday's drinks were made perfectly. Unfortunately, today's experience changed that. This morning there were two open lanes with two cars in each, so I pulled into the left lane as the third car, following what I know is the normal process. As a regular customer, I know employees usually walk both lanes taking orders to keep everything moving. The employee working the right lane was doing exactly that, and those cars continued moving. Meanwhile, the employee in my lane was engaged in a conversation with what appeared to be family or friends at the front of the line instead of helping the customers waiting behind them. After waiting, I was the only customer asked to leave my lane and move to the other one so my order could be taken. It was frustrating because the delay seemed to be caused by an employee's personal conversation, yet I was the one inconvenienced. No one acknowledged the situation or apologized. The drinks were still made well, and that's why I'm not leaving a one-star review. I genuinely enjoy 7 Brew and stop at locations across the country whenever I travel. I just hope management reinforces that personal conversations shouldn't take priority over waiting customers, and that when mistakes happen, a simple acknowledgment or apology can make a big difference.

  I love 7brew! The crew in Selinsgrove is great! They are always friendly and the coffee is fantastic! Plus, if they make a mistake they always make it right with pleasure and grace!
