I ordered in the drive through in the mobile app, as I pulled up I was one of two cars in the drive thru. I was greeted at the speaker by a woman saying “I’ll be with you in a moment”. That moment ended up being 10+ minutes. While I waited, cars started lining up behind me, and over the speaker I was hearing what seemed to be an argument between 2 females, although not very audible I heard multiple expletives being used. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when I was just checking in with the mobile app and wouldn’t have taken any long to order.

I came into Taco Bell pretty late last night, and Sara and Jerod were so sweet and helpful! They were both incredibly kind and welcoming, even so late at night. I really appreciated their great attitudes and wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve!

Ordered yesterday, it was a box combo. I looked inside, everything was fine until I opened the chalupa. It was really burnt and poorly made. 0/5 overall.
