  What can you say about a place that serves HOT, sweet gooey, puffy donuts other than it's one of the guilty pleasures in life! The only problem is staying away!

  We visited your shop recently and really enjoyed the donuts, but I wanted to share something that made us uncomfortable during our visit. One of the employees appeared to be new, and there was a mistake with the order where iced lattes were made instead of frozen lattes. From what we observed, it was not even fully clear whether the customer had communicated the order correctly. However, the senior employee responded in a very harsh and disrespectful way toward the newer employee in front of customers. What stood out even more was that this did not seem to be a one-time reaction. Even before the mistake happened, the newer employee was being spoken to disrespectfully. It honestly felt more like bullying than simple correction or training. Everyone makes mistakes, especially when they are new, and it was upsetting to watch someone be treated that way publicly. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the way staff members treat each other really affects the atmosphere and customer experience too.

  Service was slow. Placed order online, and it was incomplete at pick up. Didn't find out till i opened the boxes, which fortunately was in store. Took 10 minutes just to pick up this order, which was already picked. Bathrooms had no soap, or paper towels. Not the sites fault, but customers' were loud and obnoxious.
