- EHElaine HillJun 13, 20261.0Terrible. No hours of operation posted on Google or EBs website for that location. No one ever answers the phone. At least state the hours on the voicemail. Wilkes-Barre is closed for remodeling with no foreseeable date. Only other location is Binghampton NY. Shouldn't be. It's way to far.
- APAngela P.Sep 20, 20174.0Bagels are soft and chewy when toasted - my ideal combo. They have Caribou coffee, Coke soft drinks, and a small prepared sandwich/juice/bottled drink fridge case. Please note that this is inside a University building and it follows the schedule of the school (i.e. they are closed on breaks, holidays, etc). You must walk into the University building to access the shop and there is no parking directly in front - park on Linden. Staff is super sweet!

I was surprised and glad to see one in Scranton but the Google maps directions to get there and inability to speak to someone there caused me to not get to go there today. Maps doesn't have the streetview correct because of new changes, and it had me circle the opposing blocks multiple times and encouraged me to drive down one-way streets to get there. I'm not even sure of the hours of operation since so many Scranton businesses seem to disregard their Google maps presence.
