  They ram everything in one small bag that doesn't close so the food ends up in your seat or floor. PLUS, the Hash browns are on bottom so they are crumbled mess when you get them. Today, I seen the employee couldn't even keep the bag up right and kept picking my hash browns up off the dirty counter and put them back in bag several times. You would think this employee would have common sense and get a larger bag or 2 seperate bags...No!! He scoops it up slammeds napkins on top and tries handing me the over flowing bag. So, I asked to put the food in 2 separate bags. I get an eye roll & my hash brown tossed into another small bag and the bagel slammed on top again. Then you here them bad mouthing me, like I can't hear them. At that point I am just fed up and don't even want to deal with these horrible employees. The prices, mushed food, no supervision, no mangers and horrible employees, I am officially done spending money at and DD.

  This is one of the more interesting Dunkin' locations regarding its layout. Not many people come to dine in here compared to other Dunkin's. It is normally much more quiet and comfortable, but the orders come out wrong a lot more often; coffees made incorrectly, cups damaged, sizes wrong, sides forgotten, etc. This problem is a lot more consistent when using the drive-through.

  Came in both rolls men toilet paper empty. Ordered $5 meal on kiosk and left tip. Selected no egg on wrap. Hash browns and coffee I left default. Justin employee after I did not get hash brown told me “I have to select it” and “ a lot of customers do that I’ll give it this time.” Now I did not opt out of any part of the $5 meal. You have to honor the deal legally regardless. I spoke to Shelly the manager on and she said okay. The software issue seems intentional to short people on the go. Using software as an excuse doesn’t void the offer. Hopefully next time it will be resolved before consumer protection catches on.
