Placed online order at this location for drinks & donuts, and a side of 8 pieces of black pepper bacon (current special). When I arrived, they handed me our drinks, a small bag with the bacon (I'll get to that), and then told me that they had NO donuts and I should NEVER order donuts from the app because they usually don't have any... WHAT?!? You are Dunkin "DONUTS". So I asked for a refund since I prepaid for something they didn't provide and I was told they couldn't (wouldn't) help me, and to figure out how to get my money back in the app.
So I sat there, went on the app, ordered donuts & a muffin at another DD in Scranton and drove there -- guess what, they had the donuts, but not the muffin, so what did they do? Gave me the refund right then & there!
Let's not forget about the bacon, wish I took a Pic before disposing of it... it was NOT 8 pieces, it was maybe 3 half-length pieces, burnt and smushed into the little paper holder you'd get like hash browns in. *Sigh* Now I have to try to get my $ back for this whole order and the nice tip I had given them via the app.
Do not waste your time at this DD at 100 Mulberry in Scranton PA, don't give them your hard earned money, or your valuable time. Go support one of the many other DD's in the area.

These workers WORK yall. The team inside, Chantel especially, had a great energy!!!
Ordered coffee through the app. It was horrible and then follow directions and it was burnt the worst.
This is both the busiest and most uncomfortable Dunkin' in the area.
The drive-through line blocks the parking lot most days, blocking in cars, and there's a crater that fills with water at one of the inlets to the lot.
There are a few tables inside that may or may not actually be in the dining area, depending on the day. There is not a lot of space to form a line or dine comfortably. The staff is often inattentive, even when there is downtime, and generally not very friendly.

Very nasty night "manager" as she wanted to call herself. Attitude from the minute we pulled up to the speaker. If you don't want to do your job then find something better. Dunkin is not a career sweetheart. But with the attitude she has all she will ever do is fast food. Pour customer service. If you call to complain they call back and leave threatening voicemails from private numbers. And of course the drinks were not made corrently either. Will be making a formal complaint with the corporate office.
