- TLTamara LopezJun 24, 20261.0The attendant at the register was less than friendly and was nasty when providing service. When asked to speak to a manager another attendant came to the window and asked what the problem was. I told him I want to speak to a manager. He said “They’re not here come tomorrow they’ll be here then.” I asked for the manager’s name and was told “We’ll be here” I asked for the attendant his name he told me to move along because I was holding up the line and he is a minor and doesn’t have to provide me with his name if he doesn’t want to or feel comfortable. Every other Dunkin has name tags, doesn’t matter the age. He just kept telling me I was holding up his line and if I could move. The worst experience I have ever had in 30 years of going to Dunkin.
