  We went to this Arby's location to get the 247 we didn't want red sauce or an onion roll and this was the assistant manager and she would not make them to our liking she refused I guess you just can't have it your way at Arby's no more they're done

  I love arbys and the food was good, but isdalia took my order and was absolutely miserable. maybe she’s just having a bad day but she would not make eye contact, was bent over on the counter with her hands on her face, did not even make an effort to smile and was straight up rude. honestly i am extremely shocked. other employees were delightful to speak to.

  I love their food and workers are normally pretty nice and helpful I was just there the other day and I ordered via my phone but when I got there I noticed a better deal and the manager was quick to fix my order and give me the best deal possible. That’s how managers should be . Make customers happy and they will keep coming back . Help someone save 2.00 today will make them spend hundreds later .

  I love this place! Great food and great service. The restaurant was reasonably clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and everything we ordered through the app was included, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was with the drinks when ordering through the app. They put a piece of paper over the soda lids, and it gets stuck to the lids and is extremely difficult to remove. As a result, we ended up with pieces of paper in our drinks. We ordered two Cokes and two Sprites, and all four drinks were very flat and had paper stuck to the lids. Overall, we had a good experience, and I would definitely come back. I just hope they address the issue with the paper on the drink lids and make sure the soda is properly carbonated.
