  Horrible experience. The managers were the ones who made my food and drink and it was awful. Food was burnt to a crisp and the cold foam on my drink was everywhere on the cup. Disappointing service.

  Absolutely horrible place! I went in 3 times to get coffee in my iced coffee because it was just milk. They thought it was funny. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t care.

  Bagels are hard and chewy. Eggs so hard cooked they are like dust. If you get bacon it is no more than one piece cut in half. Hateful employees. One younger woman just sticks her hand out the window for money and you have to ask her the price. She was belligerent and unprofessional when I questioned something. Food used to be better and the staff was pleasant. What happened?

  I don’t know what it is with the morning crew but they never get my order right. I double check what I select when ordering ahead on the app and then I get my coffee and I’m disappointed every time. I got the 6 dollar meal deal and my hash browns were missing. I notice if I go in the afternoon the service is better. It’s just disappointing and I go to the other Dunkin that’s further from my house for better service. Just double check orders and take your time because it’s seriously annoying.

  I've been to this place a handful of times and the amount of negative experiences I've had there make up just about half of them. There biggest problems is their customer service, followed up closely by their ability or lack thereof to put orders together. genuinely the worst I've experienced. Anywhere. Period. Going through the drive thru today, I find a few items missing I tell them and they say "I could barely hear you" then turns away. Mind you this is the manager and not the first time he has treated me like this unprompted. One time I go in to order something and ask them before leaving if everything is there. They say "yes" just for me to leave and find part of my of order missing. I should have check myself yes, but really shouldn't even have think to do so. (Also the manager btw) They will no longer be receiving business from me.
