    The store was clean, but the front counterstaff was very disorganized and chaotic. Yelling at customers for waiting 45 minutes saying " I called you twice" when they did not. Disrespectful and rediculous. No wonder more than 4 people walked out.

    Worst Arby's experience ever...cold sandwich/overcooked fries/undrinkable milkshake...used to be a good lunch.

    Drive thru. Ordered chk, bcn, swiss meal w no lettuce. Apparently that meant no tomato also. Fries could. Bacon was burnt crumbs.

    The wait is because they make the food fresh. Eat at the Butler Arby's and you'll always come to this Arby's going forward. Well worth the wait!

    Similar to dollar general up the road this place seems to create their own hours. Closed by 930.
