    The wait is because they make the food fresh. Eat at the Butler Arby's and you'll always come to this Arby's going forward. Well worth the wait!

    Can’t tell you how many orders have missing and/or incorrect items in them. It’s crazy honestly. Sometimes they’re great and the food is hot and fresh, but most times everything is cold and I’m missing several things that I paid for.
