  There very in consistent with when they are open. It says they are open until 10pm but consistency workers will be in the building only accepting mobile orders

  I’m passing through this area and stopped to grab dinner on my way home. It is 6:15pm and the doors to the store were closed. There were multiple people trying to get food. I was told they’re only doing mobile order which I proceeded to do and had to pay. I get to the window and am told they’re out of burrito shells and guac (both already over priced as is). I then tried to submit a claim through the app and was told I’m not eligible. Chipotle franchises continue to get worse and worse. The fact that almost every chipotle I come across is ALWAYS out of something during the most normal hours to get food is infuriating… all while i feel like the price goes up everytime i order. The issue is always the store owner and the workers… not the food quality.

  Went a full hour before closing time and the doors were locked and the staff ignored me. Reviews weren’t wrong

  We came in a little after 7pm and while the service was okay they didn’t have any steak, brown rice or veggies available. The employees didn’t offer us to wait for them to replenish or give an estimated time for the food to be restocked. They weren’t very friendly or talkative honestly. The restaurant was also messy - the drink station was wet, no napkins and trash was over the counter. The lemonades were also basically all empty too. Very disappointed in the food options available and how the store was messy given no one was in the restaurant.

  Staff makes up their own hours and disregards the hours posted online and on their doors. Came by at 8 p.m. and the doors were locked and tables had chairs up on them. Proceeded to see that they were only helping people with online pick-up orders in the drive-thru. Another customer was able to enter the restaurant through a second set of doors and was denied service inside and was prompted to place an online order.
