  this chipotle is so bad. they always close early. they lock the door and pretend they don’t see you. even when they are open the employees don’t care, they are playing their own music and you can barely hear each other, chips are super salty, and the bins barely have anything in them. its always so disappointing. don’t waste your time.

  We've given this location multiple chances and are pretty much done giving it any future ones. Today when we went to enter the store the front door was locked without any signage explaining why. But we could see people inside dining. Any employee told us they had switched to online only orders. So then we placed an online order and were once again disappointed with the food quality as we have been before. Rice was hard and undercooked, meat on both the bowl and on the tacos was cold. Order wasn't even correct, you can see in the bowl that green tomatillo is on it instead of the red which is what we ordered. Can't really defend continuing to spend money here.

  Well, we arrived at 8:07 pm there were 2 other customers eating at a table and no other customers in line or the drive through. I could see 3 employees one male walking around that kept pulling his pants up. One female that was rearranging rice containers from the serving area moving then back by the grill. Another male by the register. We waited in line for 9 minutes and not 1 employee acknowledge we were there. The place was absolutely filthy! Rice all over the floor and counters lettuce looked like taco bell explosive lettuce. We decided to leave and go to Chick Fila and glad we did. The very minute we walked in the door a person greeted us and asked how can I help you. Their restaurant was definitely cleaner. We ordered and had our food within 7 minutes. If you plan to go to Chipotle just pass it and go to Chick Fila instead!

  Absolutely worst chipotle I’ve “been” to. I arrived at 9 PM and the worker locked the door to the restaurant and pointed to use the drive thru. This is happening at the same time while it is pouring rain out. I then unfortunately had to use the app to order which I never like doing. I received my bowl, and it was missing the beans, pico, and green salsa with the smallest portions I’ve ever seen from a chipotle. I have also once tried to pay in cash at this location and they told me i can only pay in exact change or with card. Just for them to open the draw and it be full of cash for them to give change. I won’t be coming back here and I’m extremely disappointed that this the quality and how the staff treat people at this new location.

  Chipotle Mexican Grill in Parkesburg is a great addition to the area. The restaurant is newer, clean, and well-maintained, with a spacious dining area that's comfortable for enjoying your meal. A special thank you to Victoria, Josiah and Jordan Cook for providing outstanding customer service. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. They answered our questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just the way we requested. If you're looking for a clean restaurant with excellent service and a consistently great Chipotle experience, this location is definitely worth a visit.
