Placed a DoorDash order at 4:11 PM, and by almost 6 PM, we still had not received our food. We went through five different dashers, and the fifth dasher finally told us they still had 15+ orders ahead of ours and could not provide timing on how much longer our order would be. At that point, I canceled the order. If the restaurant was that overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the volume of orders, they should have temporarily turned off online and/or DoorDash orders rather than continuing to accept orders they clearly could not fulfill in a reasonable amount of time. I completely understand being busy, but leaving customers waiting for nearly two hours with no realistic expectation of when their order will even be started is unacceptable. Better communication and managing the order volume would have gone a long way. I was really excited for this to open up but it’s a hard pass now.

A lot of these reviews claim that the wait is long, which was true, but I feel like they must have forgotten that this place just opened up. I didn’t even know that it was here until today, so I ordered way in advance because I knew it would take awhile. Other than that, the food was really good! The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly, despite the crowd and angry door -dashers. I will definitely be returning soon! People need to be nicer to fast food workers.

Ordered from them the first night they opened. Order took about 40 min but it was the day they opened so I completely understood!! Got the hot honey tenders and the mango habanero tenders. Lemon pepper fries and the Cajun corn! Everything was delicious. Staff was very nice. I encourage everyone giving a negative review to give them grace! Come back when kinks are ironed out. I will be back cause those hot honey tenders were fire!!

Placed a mobile order 45 minutes in advance only to wait another 45 minutes on top of that. I was the very last person in the store even though I had placed that mobile order. To top it off I was given the wrong order. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt since they are a new location but this is ridiculous!!

I really hate to leave one star because I have a Wingstop connoisseur, and I was extremely excited about this grand opening, Maybe this review will get through to someone so that they can perfect the Wingstop craft. Let’s start with the fact that the fries were so salty over season. I almost had a heart attack. Less is more when it comes to The fries seasoning The wings were gummy, not crispy like they usually are and I’ve been to maybe 10 locations , And the worst part of it all is that the wings barely had any sauce on them . Very disappointing they will not see me for a while. Hopefully the Kitchen staff will get better with time
