  It's a shame that one of the best pizza pies in town is extraordinarily ruined by the horrific service staff. I shouldn't even call it service - the young person chomping on fries while trying to serve me an incorrect order because she didn't ask for pertinent details on my pick up order is extraordinarily unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly frustrating - clearly lack of leadership - probably won't be back.

  Ordered a very simple order, large cheesesteak. Fried onions on side, and sauce on side, and a regular ff, Got the cheesesteak, no sauce on side, ff were very hard and cold.

  I ordered your personal Italian style stromboli which was supposed to contain ham, cheese, mozzarella and salami however the stromboli we received was extremely greasy and did not contain any salami. We also ordered onion rings and fries. The fries were acceptable but the onion rings were very greasy and unable to eat. I'm truly sorry to report these discrepancies but when anyone spends this kind of money for food, it is reasonable to assume that the food would be edible.
