- GRGina RichSep 19, 20261.0Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it's bad! Today I got my same order as usual. I don't eat meat especially pork! My hasbrowns tasted and smelled like bacon! I feel sick to my stomach!!! Obviously the guy making my food was handling bacon or my hash browns were possibly cooked in the same area as the bacon. It was gross!!! All I tasted was that salty bacon grease when I ate not one but 2 hash browns. I stopped, smelled them and almost had a heart attack!!! Do better Dunkin!

I literally saw him pick up something from the floor and then start putting his hands all over the coffee where you literally put your mouth and this is something I've seen repeated over and over. There's absolutely no hand washing whatsoever as he touches anything and everything and then prepares with those same hands your food. The guy just doesn't understand basic hygiene and I advise you not to drink or eat anything that he has put his hands on because it probably has residue from the floor. I can only assume that this culture extends to other employees.

Then a different employee, a middle aged man took over and immediately started giving me unwarranted attitude and was rushing me. I asked him what size the free specialty coffee coupon includes and he angrily said "i dont know buddy you are supposed to know these things". Maybe he was having a bad day but what!???? As a caveat he was a bit nicer once i left and explained things a bit but this was just a not great experience and can't go unmentioned.

It’s disgusting! I never drink it. Throw it as is to the garbage! I was grossed out. My first time ever that it’s happen to me such a waste!
