- SHs viola holderMay 3, 20264.0I still gave a good review because the staff is always consistently nice. Something was not right with your coffee today. It was watery and did not taste good. It was not up to the standards of Dunkin coffee. I had to go to another Dunkin to get the coffee right today. I asked for a large coffee with two sugars, three pumps of brown sugar flavor, and three creams. It should have been sweet. It was not.

We questioned a missing item on the order and the response was “go back to the kiosk and look”. The kiosk clearly has a program issue that allows for missing the hash browns on the $6 meal deal. No matter - the rudeness was OVER THE TOP. Check your bag before leaving the drive thru window .

I called them and the woman had a thick accent I didn’t really understand, and she told me to just come back. I Doordashed my order though, so no I won’t be going. I’d also like to mention the last time I was in there, there were ants everywhere.
