Female employee with her hair down, no hat, no hair net, literally brushing through her hair with her hands while working on the food line. Gross and clearly no management presence or else incompetent management that doesn’t care to follow the literal food safety code. Will be reporting to the PA Bureau of Food Safety.

I’m sorry did the heat melt your brain? Everyone who works there is not the brightest bulb and I will not be back

The person I was talking to had a very thick accent and it took me around 10 minutes to order a small order due to a language barrier. He was also sitting in the lobby doing nothing? Doesn't make much sense. Other than that the food was alright. I still dont understand what the man was saying to this day.

That same day I placed an uber eats request for my refund and I never heard anything back from them until today! They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t report this 48 hours after happening? So 1. I didn’t get to enjoy my meal 2. There was hair in it 3. I had stomach pain later throughout the day 4. I never got my refund.
