  Whoever the chefs are in the kitchen needs to be fired. Just received an order and the food was absolutely horrendous. This is definitely not Pizza Hut. The cinnamon sticks were literally burnt and overcooked and they sent me the wrong order. I ordered regular cheese sticks and they gave me Parmesan garlic cheese sticks, which neither of them I like to be quite frank…i don't like Garlic . Another thing was that both these items that I ordered were burnt and overcooked they weren’t even cooked properly. There was barely any cheese on the cheese sticks, and that’s literally the whole point. Higher more experienced chefs, and cooks who care about their job. This entire order was a disgrace and they weren’t even main meals. They were appetizers. Yikes!!

  Absolutely HORRIBLE idea to have the call go to a call center where it takes them 10 minutes to type in an address, then another 10 minutes taking your order and reading things back. Not to mention that they can’t even put in special request because they can’t contact the store directly. It took 16 minutes to put in a delivery order. THAT IS NOT GOOD. In total waited 1hr and 50 minutes for the order to arrive from the start of the call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
