- MRMaria V. Ramos2 days ago1.0If I could give this place zero stars I would! Not one person that was handling the food or drinks were wearing gloves! When we asked if they could wear gloves they said" oh I could just use this paper". We stood waiting for 10 minutes for half a dozen donuts. No one served us until we asked for our order. Drinks sat because no one said anything no numbers yelled or names! They paid more attention to drive thru customers than the ones inside. The donuts looked a mess! I won't be returning to this location

I dont even understand how can they count how many pieces in the bag. When i open is it looks like someone ate it already ones. I showed it to my co worker this morning and she said it happened to her as well so many times. I guess its time to go back to wawa.
- BSB SAug 10, 20263.0I frequent two locations. Robesonia and Denver PA. In my opinion it seems that the Robesonia location is cleaner and the atmosphere is more friendly and positive. Now as far as the food.... The coffee is okay. Nothing to rave about. It is convenient and fast. The donuts and muffins really are only worth it if you went there for coffee and wanted to prevent having to stop somewhere else. Dunkin donuts and muffins used to be great but about 5-10(?) years ago, corporate made some changes and it really has a negative effect on the quality of the consumer products. If you are going by, it is convenient and the coffee is just better then average. But I find the food products to be a serious let down.

He needs more training to be at the window. He messed up my order 3 times now so this is why I am pissed off. He dropped the pup cup all over me and made me spill my coffee. They messed up my wife’s coffee and told them about it they tried to fix it half ass and when I told and showed the manager he agreed and made another but that came back wrong also my wife drinks an iced brown sugar espresso with an extra shot. Do you think it looks correct this is the 3 one they made. Some people that work there should not or get them more training. When I ask for the owner so I could talk to him they said they could not give me that information so I guess customer service is not high on the menu.
