  This place is the worst. I was told by employees that the owners gave 100 dollars for a Christmas party for 10 employees that is cheap. Plus they do nothing for our community. Why would anyone go to the roaring springs Arby's. The owners are all about taking our money but giving nothing back. Gas is almost 5 dollars ill drive to Altoona before I ever go to roaring springs Arby's.

  I went around the drive-thru this afternoon and when I pulled up to the window I asked if there was Arby’s sauce in the bag(last time it wasn’t and I did not say anything) the lady handed me the bag and rudely said you can check the bag. She had a bad attitude. Usually the staff is so nice and friendly not this time—on a good note the food was good as always

  I ordered a French dip and did not get the au jus!! Is that not a very large part of the sandwich???? Why yes it is!! This is not the first, second, or even third time that they have not put things I paid for in my order. I love Arby’s and the food, but your store has a lot to work on if you plan to keep customers coming back. It’s a shame that I have to leave such a bad review when all it takes is good work ethic!
