  Your location has those ratings for a reason. We’ve ordered from here a few times now, and every single time something in the order goes wrong… either items are missing or completely incorrect. At this point, you all probably owe me a refund just in missed items and “upgrades” that were clearly ignored. Most recently, I ordered the new Triple Double Crunchwrap, which is supposed to come with two layers of tostada shells, meat, and cheese. What I received instead was one sad layer of meat and cheese with two tostada shells awkwardly smashed together, no second layer anywhere in sight. Like… hello?? Are we just guessing what the build is supposed to be at this point? Might be a good idea to take a second and actually look at what’s supposed to go into the food before it gets wrapped up.

  Ordered the cantina chicken burrito, there was absolutely no chicken in it. Barely any filling whatsover, portion is significantly smaller than usual taco bell, and it was cold even though i ordered it grilled. Same thing with my crunchwrap: cold lettuce with a tortilla, all this for 20$+

  It’s okay during the day but the night shift needs to pick up the slack, I don’t know why but no one seems to want to do anything after 9pm, I ordered a cravings box with all edited items just to get whatever’s been sitting on the conveyor belt for who knows how long, this smelled horrible.

  Best Taco Bell in the area with amazing staff and never disappointed! They always give the perfect ratio with enough cheese sauce!
