  Manager Mike refused to take order at counter.I was told use kiosk. I was paying cash but refused. I understand why McDonald's is going down hill allowing mangers to be rude and unprofessional to there customers. I understand most are franchised but maybe corporate need to do a better job understanding what goes on at these locations

  For over 5 years going to this McDonalds, I am always asked to pull into a curbside parking spot and wait for my food and then it’s usually missing something. This is the new norm for most fast food places nowadays but especially McDonald’s all while continually raising prices. After posting a review on Yelp, I received a call and email from the guest experience lead who mailed me a coupon for a free combo meal. After 2 months I decided to go to McDonald’s again, mainly because I had the free meal coupon that was about to expire. But of course they couldn’t figure out how to get the coupon to work so I wasn’t able to use it. Just make sure you have time and money and check your orders if you decide to go to McDonald’s because they are slow, expensive and typically miss something from your order. And if you have a coupon you might as well throw it away because they don’t know how to apply them.

  They put hair in my drink and mixed it with Dr Pepper and then they wouldn’t give me Boba and they also spit in my drink and what I asked for a refund, they tried to kick me out and said I was asking for too much when it’s literally a fast food restaurant…

  Rudest manger ever! She yelled at me and my friends and gave us an attitude. We were going to order and we’re asking our parents for money and she told us if we bought something we only have 30 minutes. Genuinely fire her right now. If you want our money, then let us in. Terrible store. Never coming back again. You all hate teenagers that are trying to have fun outside and you’re targeting the wrong kids who are being respectful. I genuinely think that manager needs to learn skills about how to mange a restaurant.
