These people hate what they do or are told to do so. They don't even acknowledge you when you come-in the store. This morning 7am there're 6 people working behind the counter. All of them serving the window vehicle orders. Not even a long line today. My ONLY OPTION was to order on the 2 ordering towers because everyone's back will never turn to help you. Another customer who came-in asked after waiting at the counter for someone to take his order. My order was 2 extra large black coffees and it took like 14 minutes to make. I approached the counter and complained after watching my to 2 cups of coffee ignored on their station for awhile. I was right. Then, a very annoyed (pitbull) female came charging back "..what did you say?" "..you can always get your coffee somewhere else.." I'm sure Dunking Donuts would like to know about this. I replied. This is a poorly ran store. Just look around, floors, tables, and bathrooms. I suspect she's also very rude of her employees. BUSHLEAGUE operation. Never again.
