  The wait times are insane. If you want to order here make sure you put your reservation in 3-4 business days ahead of time. If you lived RIGHT next door, you’d get your order quicker driving to S queen st location and back. This is a consistent issue that happens almost all times of the day.

  I’ve honestly been to easily 30 different Taco Bell’s, this is by far the worst. Not sure if they are always training the days I order but this is not “Fast” Food. If you decide to order online I would do it 30 min earlier. If decide to go through the drive thru than I would just throw your car in park and shut that engine off. To all my DoorDashers out there, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE, they will completely ignore your order. Unless you ask them 5 times than you might get lucky and still get the wrong order

  Esta es una de las peores tiendas de Taco Bell que he visitado. Hacen esperar demasiado tiempo para entregar las órdenes, especialmente cuando se trata de pedidos de DoorDash. En lugar de atender y preparar los pedidos, los empleados pasan mucho tiempo hablando, mientras los clientes seguimos esperando. El servicio debería ser mucho más rápido y organizado.

  WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDERED THE SOFT SHELL TACO SUPREME PARTY PACK FOR MY FAMILY. ASK FOR MILD AND FIRE SAUSE. GOT HOME AND OPENED THE BAG. ONLY HAD 4 MILD SAUCE AND 1 FIRE FOR 12 TACOS AND A BURRITO. OPENED THE BOX AND ATE THE FIRST TACO AND THE TOMATOES TASTED LIKE THE FREEZER. FOUND BLACK TOMATOS IN THE ONE. AFTER SPENDING $45 ON A MEAL YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE SOME KIND OF PRIDE PUT INTO FOOD BUT THIS LOCATION LACKS ANY CARE. I WILL DRIVE TO SHREWSBURY THE NEXT TIME.

  Don't come to this location unless you have about 40+ mins to kill. They will have about 7 people working and will ignore a crowded room waiting for their food. Anyone who asks for an update will just get ignored or told "we're working on it". But without a doubt they will have at least one employee filling sauce packets and straws, that are already filled, before working on orders. I'm currently waiting for an order and going on an hour wait....
