I placed my order online on 5/15. Went through the drive thru to pick it up. They told me at thw window to pull around and they would bring my food out so I pull around to notice there are about 5 cars in front of me also waiting on their food. 15-20 minutes go by and I go inside to see what's going on. I tell the guy behind the counter my name and that I have been sitting outside waiting for my order to which he replies oh didnt someone talk to you? I replied no. He then proceeds to tell me they are out of ground beef and they could give me chicken instead or a refund. I said how the hell does taco bell not have beef and I want a refund. Then proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for someone to refund me. I would avoid this poorly managed and under trained location at all costs.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. With the the worst fast food place. I tried 5 times and each time either my order was completely wrong or there was literally a bite of meat and I mean like a crunch wrap where my last two bites were the only ones with meat. Burritos I did not order. Nachos with no cheese. No beans and you get beans. Tried calling them and you get a message they says no one can answer try again later. Just wow

I'm not sure what is happening here but it's not service!! You use the mobile app to sit and wait in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes to get your food. There are like 10 employees running around looking lost inside. I've seen 3 separate cars go in to get their food because they waited so long for them to bring it out. The manager needs to do better for sure

I got severe diarrhea from eating at this taco.Bell, i had a Mexican Pizza and 2 cheese rolls within a few hours. I began experiencing intense, abdominal cramping and pain. The following morning, I suffered from explosive diarrhea. All day until the next day. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I know it came from taco bell because I didn't eat anything else prior thatI know it came from Taco Bell because I didn't eat anything else prior that day.

Hands-down the worst and most disappointing fast food experience I've ever had in my 33 years lol My husband and I had heard bad things about the Red Lion location, but wanted to give it a fair chance anyway since it was new (we should've listened to the bad reviews). They were fully-staffed and not busy at 5pm, so we figured there was a better chance at it being decent (again, hindsight is 20/20). We spent about $45 on diablo chicken, a double-triple crunchwrap, a cantina bowl, a cheesy gordita crunch, nacho fries, a midnight baja blast, and a dirty baja blast. They gave us our bag of food, but no drinks. Someone handed us 2 cups after my husband told them we didn't get our drinks. The dirty baja blast wasn't available at the drink machine, so I just got regular baja blast. I mentioned something to my husband in passing, and an employee overheard. She came to our table afterwards, and told me that in order to have a dirty soda, I have to order it that way. I told her I did. She told me it's a different price, so it's different than regular soda, so I'd have to order it like that if I wanted it. I told her again that I did. I told her I literally clicked the dirty baja blast option on the screen. I guess she didn't understand, or there was miscommunication, because she implied that it basically didn't exist and dirty baja blast was just regular baja blast, and if i wanted it dirty, I'd have to get a frozen one. In my head, I was like okay, whatever. I didn't wanna argue, especially because I didn't initiate the conversation to begin with. Then, the food: The diablo chicken was rock solid and flavorless, like it was stale or sitting under lamps too long. The cantina bowl was horrific. Pink, rubbery chicken scattered throughout. I picked it out, thinking maybe the rest was edible. It was 90% lettuce and rice. I ended up not eating it. The crunchwrap didn't taste right and was really lacking in ingredients/filling. My husband showed me...it was super thin and sad looking. The cheesy gordita crunch tasted like...I can't describe the flavor any another way....tasted like it was soaked in dirty sink water. I took a bite initially because it didn't *look* bad, but immediately instinctively spit it out. Yikes. The only edible portion of the meal was the fries, and they didn't even taste fresh. Everything tasted how it smelled in there: dirty. Like... moldy mop water in a warm Walmart bathroom lol. We reluctantly threw out everything and drove 20 minutes, stomachs turning and desperate for something to take away the awful taste, to the Shrewsbury location. We once again ordered on the screen. I was able to get a dirty baja blast without hassle and all of our food was fresh, fast, and tasty, and the place was clean. And the employees were super nice. Literally night and day. TL;DR: Listen to the bad reviews. Don't go to the Red Lion location and waste your money. Shrewsbury is so much better, all-around, consistently.
