    Went there on Father’s Day 6/21/2026 at 6:30 with my entire church group of 50+, walk in and NOT ONE doughnut made!!!! I ask the young man working and he says “sorry we’ve been kinda busy today. What???? This is the owner and managers fault! Yes I know they want to keep overhead down, but with only 2 people working no wonder why. And they are open till 9 tonight. I guess the owner and manger could care less about profits. Pretty sure that I nor anyone from our church will be patronizing this horribly run business ever again

    I specifically order regular sugar NOT LIQUID and every time I order coffee here, they put the wrong kind of sugar in it! They've told me that when the order comes through, it doesn't tell them the specifics of the order?? But at other locations, I've been told that they could see my entire order. I will not be ordering from this location again!

    I never leave reviews. As a General Manager myself, I know how much they can hurt a business, and I know most employees are simply trying to get through their shift with the support they're given. Tonight was different. We ordered a large iced matcha with cold foam (no ice), a medium frozen caramel Coolatta, a chocolate sprinkle donut, and Snackin' Bacon. We paid at 6:30 PM. At 6:42 PM, we finally received our drinks. The employee told us to have a good day, and we had to remind them that we were still waiting on the donut and bacon. While waiting, I noticed one of the drink lids was filthy and covered in a greasy residue. They replaced the lid, which I appreciated. Then we tasted the drinks. They were awful. I don't know what was made, but it definitely wasn't what we ordered. We sat at the window waiting for someone to come back so we could tell them the drinks were wrong. After another long wait, we gave up, parked, and went inside for a refund. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. Employees openly admitted they were new and didn't know what they were doing. They were polite, but completely lost. Nobody seemed to know how to process a refund, and someone had to call another person for instructions. At that point, nearly 30 minutes had passed, and we left without any food or drinks. This review is not about the employees. They were trying. This review is about leadership. If your speed of service is struggling, then you need to make up for it somewhere else. Be accurate. Be clean. Be friendly. Be organized. Unfortunately, none of those things were present tonight. As a manager, what bothered me most was seeing employees who clearly weren't set up for success. They seemed unsupported, undertrained, and overwhelmed. That's not on them. Support your crew. Train your crew. Invest in your crew. Because right now, you're embarrassing them. I'll probably delete this review later because I don't want the employees to suffer for management's failures. I just hope someone in charge sees this and does better for the people who show up every day and genuinely try.

    i get the same drink everytime, the frozen chocolate one. it’s usually pretty good. these last two times i’ve got it, it just tastes like frozen sugar water. i am offended that i even paid for this lol. like what

    very rude, unprofessional staff who talk down to you even when you speak to them with respect. have never felt so uncomfortable being at any other location. i understand people can have bad days and you never know what someone’s going through. i hope whatever the lady at the front who made our drinks is going through, gets resolved and that she has better days ahead of her, truly. i wish her the best and to take care of herself, but we will not be back. dunkin’s are a franchise; the employees make or break each location.
