  If i could give them 0 stars i would absolutely disgusting behavior i was in the other night got 2 meals ice cold i couldnt go back they was closed didn't even give us a recipe go back to let them know first lady Gabby comes to window says they cant do it no recipe we was just gonna leave then another person not sure name come up and was very understanding and kind rang us up and all i told her plz no tomato on his chicken sandwhich he is allergic and then we ended up getting parked waited there for 30 miuntes for ice cold crinkle fry 1 when we was supposed to have 2 curly frys as well as he opens his sandwiches the put tomato on idk out of purpose and ice cold chicke and my sand which a roast beef cold and all over the place so i go to take it back it to show them this time my complaint last time was valid and they threaten to call the cops on me.... at this point i only saw missing frys and wrong frys at that and then i left saw the tomato and how cold everything was and called to let them know and i told the lady that there was tomato my husband could have died and she said thats not a girll thats a guy and got mad cuz i called them a girl not realiseing other wise because they sounded like a girl looked like a girl everything it was nothing to be rude and she just hung up on me again i called corporate they are very ashamed of this behavior to and says there putting in a report but manger gabby claimed in there they wont care and wont do anything so if that's true good like to anyone who lets them know how aweful this place is

  This is by far the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. They can never seem to get the order correct. It’s not that hard, one roast beef sandwich and one beef and cheddar sandwich. I get home and I’ve got two beef and cheddar sandwiches, which I can’t stand. The curly fries were ice cold and the potato cakes were undercooked. It just seems like The employees just don’t care. Loud music coming through the drive-through window and the IDGAF attitude. We definitely won’t be going back. All I can say is at least my dogs enjoyed the sandwich. Shame on you Arby’s, do better.

  I used to come here a lot, but now they suddenly don't take online orders. I have ordered online many times here, now can't get the deals from the app 👎
