drinks are okay not what i prefer but service is very nice the loud music can be a bit much though

I have usually had a good experience at this 7brew but after my experience yesterday, I will not be going back. I was trying to order a certain drink and I was first met with attitude, “We dont have white chocolate blondie,” which I knew. I then tried explaining that I wanted red-velvet in my drink and I repeated it twice but, she did not correct me until the third chance. I had to show her a picture of what I was ordering and she still did not understand, “Is this what you are trying to order?” and “we do not have Red velvet”. It was not what she said but the way she said it. I was with other people and we all felt awkward, uncomfortable, and I was personally upset with the attitude and lack of communication. Usually, the baristas will try their best to work with what they have & suggest what you may like. I have experience as a Starbucks barista. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. In fact, I probably would have had a verbal warning after the interaction. I guess what I wanted to say is that I wanted a treat after going to my mother’s funeral and I thought it would make me feel better having my favorite “treat”. However, after the interaction I felt worse. I would like to say that you should have a talk with your baristas about how they welcome and treat customers because you never know what someone is going through. I know we all have bad days but a bad experience can really turn a customer “off” from an establishment.

Yesterday on Sunday, my wife and I stopped at seven brew to get our two usual coffees paid for the drinks with our card at the usual waiting in line. Then when we got to the door, she said the card wasn’t accepted and we had to pay again, which I reluctantly did, and when we got home, we checked the bank statement, and both charges were in our Account took a picture of the statement, took it back, showed the manager, and she refused to credit one of the charges so now it’s our responsibility to call the bank and try and get things straightened out. So we’re not happy and probably will never go back there. Seems like a scam to me
I love seeing Tessa at 7 Brew in the mornings! she always brings such great energy and makes the place feel welcoming! great start to my morning when I see her!

I love going to this location & interacting with the baristas. Ruby is so sweet & recommended a drink for me. I ended up loving it & now I’m a regular at this 7 brew.
