  Despite being open till midnight. They stop taking orders before 10pm. And then won't answer why.

  I WOULD RATE A ZERO BUT I CANT ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE food was disgusting they gave us expired sauces that spilled all over my car burger wasn’t cooked right drinks were disgusting this place is 100% gross DO NOT EAT HERE

  TERRIBLE SERVICE ADVOID!! might just be this specific shift. usually come later no issues, but this entire place is a mess, the window speakers are cutting out and the people inside look like dear in headlights, i ordered a slushee and the big girl at the window gave me the wrong thing. told me it was coconut slushee when i didn’t order coconut, when i corrected her and told her that’s not the flavor i ordered she then proceeded to tell me it was (said flavor) AFTER she said it was something completely different, just so she didn’t have to remake it i’m assuming ? the whole place is a mess

  I’ve usually a very forgiving person because I know how customer service can be but this sonic is terrible. Perhaps it is just the employees who work in the afternoon/evening because we’ve never had an issue in the morning. Firstly, the made us wait over 30 minutes for our pick up order. And when they finally brought it, we watched the server spill our soda and still give it to us. Everything on the tray was wet and she gave it to us just like that and got the soda on my car. We talked to someone who we assumed was the manager because we were having an issue regarding our points and we told her about the wait time and spilled soda and she didn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming back to this location

  We placed a take out order for 1245. At 1pm we were still waiting in the car stall so we went up to ask. The worker advised being very busy and would get back to us. There were two other cars in the stalls. Drive through was busier will give them that. In the meantime my husband gets himself locked in the bathroom stall because the bathroom locks are apparently broken. Had to get help for him. The lady never returned. Luckily he jimmied the lock open. A lady in the drive through was the yelling at me because she thought I was a worker and was in the drive through for 20 min with no one answering her to order. 115 and they can't apparently find our order. 125 they found it but it was wrong and missing items. They asked us if we could check because the cook was adament he fulfilled the order. By 130 we got most of what we had ordered and calling it a day. At least the drinks were good.
