  i doordashed a big mac bundle box alongside a extra 10 piece nugget which i did not recieve. it was a deal but it was still used and i didn’t recieve the food and can’t get a “refund” for the coupon. this is very disappointing as this was supposed to feed my husband and my kids and now my kids dont have half their nuggets 😡

  I usually don’t complain, but this visit wasn’t great. I paid for a number 1 medium meal at McDonald’s and the fries container was barely filled. It felt like I got a happy meal portion. Ugh and my Big Mac was cold and the cheese wasn’t even a little bit melted. When you’re paying that much, you expect what you ordered.

  Constantly screw up your order. It's almost like it's intentional. This time we ordered a 20 piece and a 10 piece mcnugget and they shorted us 2 nuggets. Every time we order it's either totally wrong or we get shorted nuggets or missing an item.

  This mcds is doing a great job on trying to bring back the standard we were used to back in the day. Doing a great job! A lil tweaking and it's service can be the old mcds we were used to back in the 80'&90s. Let's see if they can bring back the old 1 min drive thru or your meal is free. That was a thing at one time.
