  whoever is the manager, you need to work together as a team and employee should not be sitting on their phone when you need help. That’s a big problem and will cause you not to be as efficient. It took me five minutes at least for someone to come to me.

  My experience was disgusting found a black piece of hair in my food then one of the works drops a cup on the floor still fills it up to give to a customer and I told him that's just nasty then the other worker was mad rude to a customer he canceled his order to many young kids that don't want to do their jobs right I won't be going back to that place o and girls should also wear hair nets not only guys when in fast food

  An employee named Omar should be given a raise or promotion. He is very accommodating and respectful to people. I, as an elderly person, really appreciate it.

  Every time I go to the drive-through at this McDonald’s, I’m told to wait in a space for my order the other day I was told I had to wait for nuggets and I waited about 10 minutes and went inside and asked if my order was almost ready and then they told me I was waiting for fries now today they told me to wait in a space and they said I was waiting on my macchiato today. Needless to say, I was already waiting in the drive-through line 10 minutes from the time I placed my order what could possibly take so long for a macchiato

  The most ridiculous service I've been given at a McDonalds. I even posted a few weeks ago giving them credit for "McD's on a highway". But this is outrageous. For starters, I placed a mobile order & picked it up at the counter. This was just the start! 20 minute bike ride later and it is STILL not even made (great!) so, whatever, I sit back down. 5 minutes later my order is called and I double-checked my food and, what do ya know, I'm missing items! Great, so I go back to the counter and wait another 10 minutes for someone to even be nearby the counter for me to say "excuse me". This one guy with 2 earpods in both ears just ignores me. Ignoring or just having your music on full volume, who knows, but this is unprofessional as hell to have earpods in BOTH EARS around customers to begin with. So I have to continue waiting until another guy comes around. He was pretty chill. Another 5 minutes goes by and another customer who was beside me is also waiting on a missing item from her order. NICE 2 for 2! That same dude that I thought was "pretty chill" just mean-mugged this lady after she tells him what she's missing. Like okay, you work here and you need to do your job accurately. That's a problem? I am reporting this location to corporate as soon as I can. This infuriated me to beyond. What I once thought was "just a McDonalds on a highway" is a McDonalds that should learn some proper employee etiquette, or needs to shut down. Thanks for ruining my day over some mediocre McDonalds breakfast.
