The woman at the front desk today on mother’s day was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Having someone so welcoming and lovely creates such a positive atmosphere and energy. I can’t thank her enough ❤️

The morning crew here is impeccable and I can't state that enough. This location is truly the best McDonald's I've ever had, until the night crew starts working. Every time I've gone after 4 pm there's a problem with my order, whole chunks of onion on double cheeseburgers, or incorrect items altogether. Today when I went I ordered a medium shake, recieved a small, tried to get the right size and was told I was wrong it was a medium. Gotta love the lying for no reason at all. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was cold as well.
Avoid this place after 4 pm if you don't want to impede on the employees hanging out.

I only go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest one to me but at this point I might start driving to the next one. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Today I order a Big Mac with only cheese and lettuce….. but of course there is onions in it. When something isn’t wrong with my food, something is missing. When I stopped in to get my food, they seemed more concerned with having their conversations instead of doing their job.

The restaurant isn’t bad, but there’s one person who is an absolute disgrace to the company: the manager, Alex. He is a know-it-all who refuses to admit when he is wrong. Every time I’ve dealt with him, the service has been terrible, and he is consistently miserable and sour. I feel sorry for the people working under him. The regional manager or franchise owner needs to look into his behavior and address this immediately.
I will no longer visit this McDonald’s in the morning because of Alex. He previously promised me a free frappe and even wrote my name in a logbook they use for owed items. When I returned a month later, he looked at me like an idiot and claimed they don't do that, refusing to honor his promise. I will only update this review once he has been fired.

Pulled up to order breakfast to find out they are out of breakfast burritos and orange juice,Ordered big breakfast, 2 egg McMuffin meals and sausage mcgriddle meal total was $33. Paid went to grab order they have me pull off to the side to wait (not a big deal). Comes to my truck with the wrong order (it happens) tell the gentleman what my order is and he says that's in there he'll grab it. Comes out with just big breakfast meal... Says they threw out the receipt and doesn't recall what's on the order I show him. My receipt he proceeds to tell me it's all sitting there mean while my breakfast is getting cold comes back out with my three meals...... Missing a hash brown. They go back in. And grab me a hash brown and as a sorry they gave me an extra hash brown..... What about my food that's now cold that I just spent a decent amount of money on......
