  The employees picking orders throughout the store have no regard for shopping customers. They stand in the middle of the aisles, don’t say excuse me, and take forever to move. Its very frustrating. Especially by the checkout where they keeps all the carts for grocery pick up. No one can get through without having to wait.

  EVERY SINGLE TIME we order trays of fried chicken for parties its not ready on time. I'm 3 minutes later than the agreed pickup time, and I see them rushing around to get it into the fryer after I ask for it. So to pass the time while I wait for my chicken (that should have been ready 5 minutes ago at this point) I figured I'd write a review. Its either incredibly weak management, or poor planning by the staff. Everywhere else I've ordered food for this party from I've walked in and taken it out in minutes. Also, these other places allow you to pay online and skip a step at the store, but Giant is stuck in the 90s. Get with the program people. (I'm still standing in the deli department, this didn't kill as much time as I thought) Edit: 25 minutes since they told me "15 minutes". Just an exceptional job by all the Giant staff, management especially. Maybe one day when we get real jobs we'll be a little better with the deadlines.

  Large selection but I do NOT recommend using Giant Direct. On multiple occasions now we have received expired food and rotten produce.

  Horrible place to check out at. Floors are filthy and make sure you check your dates. Lots of near expired or expired foods.
