- MHMatt Harter5 days ago2.0I shop here weekly and I feel compelled to finally say something. Giant you must do better with pricing accuracy, every week I shop here I find multiple items not ringing up with the correct price. When you go to customer service to correct the issue they always have an attitude like you are the problem. The other week I found a price sticker that was out of date by 3 months. I brought it to an employees attention, they looked at the sticker said ok and walked away. I now take pictures of certain items that usually ring up wrong(almost always a Bonus Buy item).

He ido multiple de veces y sigo prefiriendo ir a otro lado solo por lo MAL que los empleados tratan a uno… y ayyyyyyy de ti que no hables inglés, ahí si te ignoran de verdad!

The employee who answered the phone was rude, gave me attitude throughout the conversation, and repeatedly sucked her teeth while I was speaking. As a customer, I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is an important part of any business, and interactions like this leave a negative impression. Not every employee is suited for customer-facing roles, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
