- CDChad DooleyMay 29, 20261.0Today I purchases multiple items. and I usually go to the self checkout. Today I decided to go to an employee checkout, they were great throughout the process. I get home and I’m missing half of my items. I go back to the grocery store and tell the desk the items I am missing. They confirm that they oversaw that they FN RETURNED these items right back to the shelf in record time. Clearly in an attempt to resell them for double the profit. It literally all happened in a matter of 30 minutes. The staff literally laughed it off as if it was normal business. Never shop at this grocery store, they clearly have 0 ethics
- RSRobert SalvageMay 3, 20264.0So, I shop Giant for their pricing and good customer service. Fresh produce and deli service. Also, very decent seafood and butcher for a grocery store. Price point WAY better than Acme and Weis markets. I have an EV and would charge my car when I shopped. Unfortunately, NONE of the Giant markets support free charging. The chargers are now under management by Jolt charging 40 cents per KWH. Used to be a plus for free charging. Fortunately, gas rewards can add up quickly for discounted or free gas up to 25 gallons with their gas rewards program.
