- THTammy HughesSep 17, 20262.0Well, now service went to a one because I finally got done with work and I finally got through to speak with someone and I was told it's too bad you left the premises and did not report it earlier. I explained I tried But their phone went to voicemail and doesn't allow messages because they were full. I explained that I still had the full cup of the 'coffee' flavored berry clementine flavored refresher to show them and the manager still said too bad, to the employee that had to relay it to me. I could have very easily have dropped it off on my way home from work as I offered to do. I will not go back to that Dunkin. This note from earlier is now rescinded,,,,,, for service. Although the service was quick and the atmosphere is always nice. Today I was in the store and got a large Berry Clementine refresher with green tea at 7:32 a.m. I finally got to work and got a sip in around 8:30 and it is definitely not green tea. There is some coffee base or mix of coffee. I know people are thinking, I'm crazy to complain about a coffee place but I do not like coffee so I pick it up really quick because I do not like the taste. However, I do like green tea and tea blends which is always my go-to at dunkin' This is the second time this has happened at this store. I'm not sure what's going on but I tried calling and the messages are full so I couldn't even leave a message.

The one lady was very polite and told me they didn't have bagels wich is ok with me very polite and upfront about it ... everybody here is polite ... I LOVE the refreshers they are slamming its very cool to watch them make it and see how it turns out

The staff is a mix but most have really bad attitudes like they don't want to be there. Today the lady at the window threw her headset to the ground and broke it. Also, once I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order. Sadly, no surprise there.

The issue I have is my orders are missing one or more items more than half the time I pick-up. I keep going back because of the convenient location and nice staff. If you order online, just be sure to check your order before pulling out of the parking lot. Staff will readily take care of any issues.
