She has an attitude the whole time when ordering and when at the window to get the food and pay. I asked her to scan the Dunkin app on my phone for points and she became irritated because she didn’t even have the scanner plugged in. She had to unplug her phone that she was using right there in the drive thru to plug in the scanner. Then I was trying to hand her my phone because I was using Apple Pay but she wasn’t paying attention since she was too busy standing there on her phone. She then grabbed my phone from me rudely after I said something to get her attention then handed it back rudely saying “here”. I asked for no egg on my sandwich since I am allergic and I always make sure to tell them that I am allergic please make sure the sandwich is freshly made and not just take the egg off of one. Well I received a sandwich with egg on it and when I asked to please get a new one this one has egg she grabbed the bag out of my hand and gave it to another person and I heard her tell them “just take the egg off of this and give it back to me”. I then said loud enough for the other person to hear me, no do not do that I would like a new sandwich. This woman has no manners and does not know how to speak to customers.
- NRNatalie RiveraApr 3, 20261.0The first shift crew in the daytime is amazing the evening crew, however, is lazy, disorganized, throws out all food items 15 minutes before the restaurant actually closes, gives customers attitude, is obviously being run by children during the evening hours, with no manager to enforce any kind of leader, leadership or franchise values. This is just the beginning, and I will be making a formal complaint with corporate.
