- CRChase RickertJun 4, 20261.0came in 30 minutes before close the other night. genuinely the worst staff i’ve ever experienced at any place ever. they acted annoyed, put our bowls on top of counters that were soaking wet in cleaning spray, insanely rude people. i understand it was 30 minutes before close, but they are still open for another 30 minutes so the way we were treated was completely unreasonable. right after we finished paying the girl working told a boy employee to lock the doors so they wouldn’t be bothered anymore. just ridiculous, acting like the establishment isn’t still open. i also asked for double steak and three hardly gave me any. just a laughable experience and will not be back. the staff has made this location completely unenjoyable and i will now be driving further just so i dont have to deal with this staff ever again.

I got free chips and guacamole a side of queso and a bowl, the chips I got were only a handful and enough to eat my guacamole with only, didn’t know I had to pay extra to get a nice portion of chips that were even cold so I can have enough for my bowl, guess there very different than moes but a handful of chips for the amount of stuff I got free or not like, the guacamole just tasted like avacodo didn’t taste the cilantro onion or anything only avocado anyways the queso had a pepper in it like how? And the queso wasn’t even good I had to mix my salsa with it bc idk if the cheese was like abt to go bad idk, and then my bowl I found multiple hard pieces of lettuce the white part and the food is just not seasoned, it’s not the location it’s just chipotle, this will be my last time I couldn’t even enjoy my meal I paid twice my hourly pay rate with I just hope they get better and stop acting like these portions are coming out of there paycheck and actually do there job and have good customer service, it’s really not that hard to just do ur job
