I was really looking forward to it because this is like my favorite restaurant and I am never near one. Well we pulled up to the drive thru and no one was waiting on us, someone behind us pulled up too and it was radio silent. The menu was lit up, the lights were on inside, and the website said open. Well I tried calling their phone, twice…. Nothing. They completely ignored us and when we drove by the window the guy just stared at us. If everything is already cleaned up and put away early at least have the decency to tell us because your store is still open for a half hour. This was very upsetting.

After my entire family placed our order, we were told they were out of chicken strips—the one thing I was planning to eat, since I don’t eat bone-in chicken. To make matters worse, we were charged for large drinks even though they didn’t have large cups available. We drove 40 minutes to eat here, only to leave disappointed. My family ate, but I didn’t. The staff was rude and showed no concern for the inconvenience. Save yourself the trip. Unless you’re prepared to be disappointed by poor service and a lack of basic customer care, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

I love the chicken, dirty rice, biscuits and sweet tea! I really wish they would put one in the Harrisburg area!!
