Dear Corporate Leadership Team Unacceptable service and total lack of respect. This location is chaotic and highly unprofessional. The music is kept so loud that the staff cannot hear customers, which consistently results in incorrect orders. To make matters worse, the drink quality does not justify the high prices. The employee behavior is the biggest issue. Frontline staff lectured me on pronoun usage, yet the following day, a female employee repeatedly and disrespectfully referred to me—a 47-year-old man—as a "girl" in front of my employer. When I attempted to escalate these errors, both the General Manager and the corporate office were dismissive and rude. Management completely lacks competency. Take your business elsewhere—Dunkin is a much better alternative.

I've been coming since July when they opened and I am always delighted when I go! I've become a "regular" and I'm always greeted with a smile. I usually have the server, Logan, in the mornings and between the nails, positive attitude, and kindness - that server is one of my favorites! I appreciate their hard work and talents. It is so hard to make good drinks that fast. Be kind and enjoy 7Brew today ❤️

Today is Labor Day and 7 brew is offering an incentive if you purchase several large drinks. The traffic to get in and out was insane, uncoordinated and caused major traffic back-ups along routes 724 and 422. A police officer told numerous customers to drive though and 7 brew lost many customers today. Also in the walk up line the customers who walked down to avoid the traffic were told that no more orders would be taken- many customers became irate and shouting ensued between the customers and 7 brew employees. More business lost! Who planned this event and didn’t coordinate the ingress and egress properly?? How many people wasted hours and hours of time only to be told to re-direct and leave? How many walk ups were turned away? Not a good look overall, dangerous for traffic- from what I heard and seen many customers who walked over became very irate. Do better
