  7 Brew is part of my daily routine and it’s always a 10/10!!! Such a friendly staff and amazing drinks. They get you in and out quick. Yaya and Shey are incredibly sweet and outgoing. Love this brew crew😊

  I had gone through the line on a busy day, and even though I had to wait a while for my order, the person giving my order was extremely apologetic and kind. It made my mood change drastically, and I appreciated the accountability. Her name is Kailyn, and I think she's a great team member.

  I came here yesterday , 8/9/26 Jesenia the supervisor was disgustingly rude. I don’t remember my order by ingredients so I stated my regular Blondie, she stated do you want any flavor in it so I clarified just the Blondie I got yesterday. She got rude immediately. Still unsure if she got the right drink I asked her to please read my order back she cut me off and said “I’m getting there” rude & disgusting. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Usually I pay the person who takes my order she rushed me off and said the other girl will take my card payment. I pulled up to the next person whom completely disregarded what I just stated Jesenia did to me. Lack of professionalism lack of customer service lack of empathy I will never come back to this location ever. Perhaps need better training or customer service skills. To think I was told she is a supervisor is insane. She didn’t have the proper attitude to begin with.

  My sugar-free iced marshmallow latte tasted awful, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the music was too loud. Edit: They were nice and let me change the drink. The second drink was a raspberry fizz soda. It was okay.

  Anissa always provides outstanding customer service! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude that makes every visit enjoyable. She works quickly while still taking the time to make customers feel valued, and she always has a smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and goes above and beyond to create a great experience. Employees like Anissa are the reason people keep coming back to 7 Brew. She definitely deserves recognition for all of her hard work!
