Arrived at pharmacy 1230pm and we were told you "don't even have that medication (in stock)". Whats most unacceptable is the response, "that wasnt me who answered the phone". So, you just have random, uneducated people answering your phones, giving out wrong info and wasting precious time with our DYING FATHER! Your pharmacy people are disgusting. UPDATE: as you requested, called your customer care to give details and nothing since. Your pharmacy staff needs education, not excuses!
