- MRmartin richterApr 26, 20261.0Visited tonight 4/26/26. The drive thru was busy so I decided to go inside to order a mcflury. I ordered and paid in cash. The time was about 855 to 9pm. It was visible there was 8 tickets up . The person who took my money said it would take a minute to get caught up. All good so far . At that moment they begin side work like filling ice bins and cleaning the grill while letting atleast 2 employees go home? Couldn't those employees stay until the rush was over? After waiting for 10 minutes for anyone to even start my order I asked for a refund which was ignored. So I left without my order. Why isn't there a HUMAN presence at the register in the FRONT of the restaurant? Why would help leave in the middle of a rush? They were obviously in the weeds when I arrived. My opinion as a former restaurant manager this mcdonald's is poorly managed.
