  Ordered hash browns, not a ball of mush that it looks like someone chewed and spit into a bag??? Also ordered a cup of ice, they accidentally put some coffee in it! Waste of $7

  Worst Dunkin ever. I ordered a Large Iced Chai Latte, I received a iced spice chai latte in a medium cup (The sticker on the cup even says large), so this meant the drink had this unwanted coconut taste from the coconut syrup they added because they made the incorrect chai drink and there was so much of the coconut flavor it was undrinkable. On top of that the cold foam was warm. I also ordered a 2nd drink which they didn’t make and the teenage girl with purple hair was very impatient and passive aggressive as if she wanted us to just leave without the other drink, then her coworker came over and said to her that we did order another drink and the ticket was right on the counter. So the worker was very aggressive and she was asking to see the receipt until her coworker told her that we were right, my question is why even work in fast food if you have a short temper and get mad at customers for a mistake you made? On top of all of this she rushed to make the second drink because she had messed up and then she made the drink incorrectly, it seems like she was just dumping stuff in the cup to give us a random drink because she was mad because the drink was only tasting of pumpkin and milk and I had ordered the 3 Tiramisu syrup pumps along with 1 pump of pumpkin syrup, but there was only pumpkin flavor and you could see the excessive pumpkin syrup on the bottom of the cup because they added way more than 1 pump. Also there was an incorrect ratio of steamed milk on top, because rather than being on top the steamed milk went over half way down the drink, on top of this there was excessive ice. So she just threw together my drink incorrectly because she had to rush due to her missing the other drink ticket. Along with both drinks messed up we had ordered the Ham and Swiss croissant which when we pulled away and went to eat it we felt the croissant and it was ice cold, like so cold we thought “did they even heat it up in the oven or did they just pull it right out of the freezer/fridge”. I did not even waste my time going back and complaining about all of the inaccuracies and errors in our order because from the start of our window interaction she was unwelcoming, impatient, and rude so I made a complaint on the receipt survey. 0/10 Experience food wise and the purple haired worker was also very hostile and impatient so 0/10 customer service as well.

  This Dunkin is awesome. Huge shout-out to the morning manager and her staff. They recently went way above and beyond for me and followed through in a way I honestly didn’t think still existed in modern customer service. Seriously, they’re a little diamond in the rough. Great attitude, genuinely care, and completely made my day. Give that crew some recognition.

  THEY BANNED ME FROM THE STORE FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT AN OVERCOOKED MUFFIN! DO NOT GO HERE! Ever since the old employees left, it hasn't been the same. I ordered a muffin today only to take a bite and find it incredibly stale. I went back in and kindly asked the woman for a refund, but then she got very defensive claiming she makes some fresh every morning. She did kindly give me another one, but it was just as stale as the last one. I would have preferred the refund over the muffin. They're drier than a Popeye's biscuit. Then randomly, out of the blue, months later, I was told they can no longer serve me because I complained about their shitty muffin! The managers here are a joke! They don't even have a first aid kit available for the employees!!!

  How do you have no manager or no one trained to do refunds if you can't offer what is on your menu and kiosk but not available after the order is paid for. Your steamer is down, so put a sign that says no latte available. Instead I pay, I wait, kid tells me steamer is broken, so I ask for refund, he doesn't know how. Are you kidding me? Been here 15 minutes watching this kid text someone and take orders, and so far nothing resolved. Finally I have to tell this kid to call the manager or there will be problems. Manager gets on the phone, walks him thru it and while in speaker says that it's their day off. Poor you, 5 minutes of your day wasted because you and ownership failed to fully train your staff.
