  SLOW. I waited close to ten minutes for the ONE car in front of me. When I got to the window, there was a few minutes wait before someone came to the window and told me it would be a few minutes because they were brewing more coffee. Which would have been fine, except the coffee was lukewarm, bitter, and not at all sweet. 😝

  They forgot half my order and messed up the other half. Coffee was junk and food was burnt

  Worst Dunkin experience of my life. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for bagel minis, munchkins, and a zero energy. Said they were backed up when we were the first ones in the drive thru and there was no one inside. Asked for green tea in my drink and got sparkling water and bagel minis were hard and cold inside. By the time we finally got our under par food. There were 6 cars behind us in line. Will never be going back to this location because of how bad the service was. Barley even said sorry for making us wait that long too.

  Saturday morning at 715am, the manager on duty needs some classes in Customer Service. Was very rude hopping in the middle of our drive up order. My wife is a rewards member and has ordered coffee and a white creme donut often before and at several Dunkin Locations, including this one on the past. But Sat 04.25.26 approx 715am, the on duty manager was rude and needs some Customer Service classes. Btw, they gave us the wrong donut she asked for still. We should have checked the bag before getting on the turnpike. Normally would have just dealt with it, but that AM Manager lacks customer service skills.

  Easily the worst Dunkin I've been too. I'd rather keep driving to Pennsburg or Quakertown instead. Slowest to take orders, slowest to get items, often forgetting items and have to go back inside. Often out of stock of items. Shutting down half their menu when it's hot outside. Seems like they can only handle 1 car/item at a time. Writing this as I sit here at minute 18 waiting for a bagel with cream cheese. Shame on me for being lazy and coming here instead of making one at home.
