  Upon entering the store we could tell the person taking our order was clearly having a bad day. She shared her mood with us while we were ordering by rolling her eyes and sighing every time we asked for something. Our guacamole still had half an uncrushed avocado in it. The carnitas was mainly all fat. See picture. We also watched as a woman with a glove on.....yes...a glove on... in the kitchen lick her finger and then picked up a spatula and kept cooking. By the time I got home I realized I was overcharged on my bowls. I was charged extra meat twice. Always ask for a receipt to make sure youre not being overcharged.

  Ordered take out. Got home and began eating my food to my surprise a piece of metal in my food!!! Will not be returning!

  I want to preface this by saying this is NOT about the employees themselves, but rather the management and environment that’s clearly impacting them. I stopped at Chipotle for lunch, and the moment I walked in I could feel the energy. It wasn’t just one person having a bad day it felt like the entire staff was carrying something heavy. There was a lot of sighing, deep breathing, and visible frustration. I even overheard an employee expressing how unhappy they were. And honestly that stuck with me so I felt compelled to write a review. I completely understand that no one loves working, especially in fast-paced food service. It’s demanding, it’s tiring, and it can be overwhelming. But this didn’t feel like normal work stress. It felt deeper than that like burnout, like people who aren’t being supported or appreciated the way they should be. I genuinely didn’t even want to order because it felt like I was adding to their stress. And that says a lot. Customers shouldn’t feel like a burden just for walking in, and employees shouldn’t feel so drained that it shows this strongly. This also isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this at this location, which makes it feel less like a one off day and more like an ongoing issue. That’s why I can’t help but feel like this points to something bigger possibly understaffing, overworking employees, lack of support, or even favoritism. I don’t know the exact cause, but something isn’t right. At the end of the day, this isn’t just about customer experience it’s about people. Employees deserve to feel supported, respected, and okay at work. When they’re not, it affects everything their well-being, the environment, and the service. I really hope whoever is in charge takes a step back and looks at what’s going on here, because the employees deserve better than what I witnessed.

  I NEVER write reviews unless the experience is extremely DISAPPOINTING or SATISFYING. We went there for a bowl— paying full 16$ price with half of what we used to get. SERIOUSLY?! I could have bought something else with my 16 bucks and be very happy! Also, the vibes of the staff are not friendly and accommodating. OVERALL, it’s the kind of place we are NOT GOING BACK TO AGAIN. Rather give my money to where service is wonderful and my every buck has WORTH.

  Horrible service! Girl with blue hair and lip piercings, was not happy that I requested rice without cilantro, her face expression, says everything, then she added our requested items, but it was ridiculously small amounts. No ice tea, paid 16 bucks for rice, a few beans and a little meat. We used to go there frequently, obviously we will not go back. That place in quakertown started going downhill a few months ago. Save your money, don't go there. They don't even want you there, it's pretty clear.
