My spouse and I stop in when traveling. Usually, experience is good with high standards.
What the hell happened?
The staff were slamming things around at each other and ignoring customers that weren't "their responsibility"-what the woman at drive through said to who ever was supposed to be taking inside orders.
We were rang up incorrectly so every item was Al cart, jacking up the price and getting the sizes wrong. When I said something to the nearest employee behind the counter-she turned her back on me and walked away. The woman who rang me up was pissed that we wanted things corrected. We went to sit down, and the six tables that were not blocked by chairs were either occupied or a mess. We sat at a small table, and the cashier freaked. She wanted to close early and told us to move. I had to ask her to please wipe down a table with food smeared on it. She eventually did but she was pissed. We get our food, standard food ...however, if you watch the security footage you will see several customers just walked out btn 5.30-6 bc of this behavior.
Shortly after a family of 3 or 4 walked out, members of the kitchen started screaming at each other.
Seriously, this place went from a quick meal to a real-life Jerry Springer show.
Best part-everyone looked over the age of 30. So these are grown adults acting like petulant children.

Step into my shoes for a second, I've been craving a hot ham and cheese for 2 weeks now, almost dreaming about it. So excited to pull up to the drive through and eat a delicious meal. The 7.99 big box to be exact. And I get it and the curly fries are burnt, and then I looked at the sandwich and part of the ham was burnt and the bun was hard. Please do better... Will update if I have a better experience

I think your store should stop using DoorDash. Evidently your store does not give a crap about the customers that order off of DoorDash otherwise they would read the order. I recently received a DoorDash order and asked specifically and checked the Mark to have Arby sauce and horsey sauce, and you did not put it in my bag. Stores like yours want to use DoorDash so they can make money but they don’t wanna give the customer the same service and experience as they would have if they came to the restaurant and if or if they drove through the restaurant stop using DoorDash if you’re not gonna pay attention to the order.

Good food and service. We had difficulty understanding the employee at the register. She talked rapidly and softly and couldn't be understood over the background noise.
