I’m just now getting to writing this due to the life of chose.I needed a last minute tray to feed my family while we were grieving the unexpected loss of a loved one, and I was honestly stressed and overwhelmed. Primos in Prospect was actually the third store I called after being turned away by two others because of how last minute my request was. However the staff at Primos didn’t hesitate they were kind, understanding, and more than willing to accommodate me. I ordered a larger sized tray so I was prepared to wait but they had it ready for pickup within the hour, which honestly meant so much given the situation.What really stood out, though, was the level of care I was shown. The employee Emma, who took and prepared my order, was incredibly kind not just in her service, but in the way she spoke to me. You can tell when someone genuinely cares, and she did. She even brought the food directly out to my car, which I appreciated more than I can explain because I was an emotional mess.I had another interaction as well with a young lady behind the counter who’s name I didn’t get but was just as kind.After dealing with such dismissive and rude responses from other places, this experience was truly refreshing. Primo Hoagies went above and beyond when I needed it most, and I won’t forget that.

You can tell they care about customer service, which made a big difference. The food was also awesome—everything tasted fresh and well-made. The only downsides were that it’s a little on the pricey side, and the parking situation isn’t the best, which can make stopping in a bit inconvenient. But overall, the quality of the food and the positive energy from the staff definitely made it worth it. I’d still recommend it and would come back again!
