    I had an amazing experience with this Domino’s! I called the store before placing my delivery order, and the manager who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly kind, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. My delivery arrived in just 20 minutes, which was impressive! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do because everything was perfect from start to finish. Domino’s has a way of bringing families together over a great meal, and this location definitely delivered on that. I will absolutely be ordering again and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fast service, friendly staff, and great pizza. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

    Their delivery driver gave out food to the neighbors house, when my house is clearly numbered & its daylight. Driver was double parked, started using foul language when cars wanted her to move. We call to talk to a manager to make things right. The manager refuses to answer the phone , was waiting 23 minutes. I hung up tried to call back they put me on hold again and waited an additional 10 minutes. Deciding to drive down there which was an inconvenience for me to try and talk to manager face to face because she wasn't taking my calls. She states, I was tied up w some things. There was NOONE in the place but the employees , no orders on the screen. I called twice and waiting longer than I should have on a call concerning their driver acting unprofessional and not paying attention to addresses. She did not sincerly show concern for her behavior as well as her employees. I told her that her driver was on camera acting this way. She disregarded it. The purpose of me ordering delivery is so I would have to leave my house again after a VERY long day. I was inconvenienced and felt disrespected.

    Absolutely horrible experience today!! Went in as a customer to be ignored by everyone inside. Proceeded to place my order online as I was standing at the counter. Nobody called my order when it was ready or even asked me what I was there for. Only then did the (assuming manager) pull an employee into the back to belittle her actions. Her tone was very off putting and very unappealing. Do NOT recommend for any family to endure this behavior or attitude from the staff. Not to mention I ordered a spinach feta cheese bread and it had jalapeños in it!! (Thank god I’m not allergic or it would’ve been a pretty bad day….)

    I ordered 10 large pizzas for a birthday party at the Roller Roost. I called the day before the party and asked if they could do it. I was told absolutely yes, they will deliver there, I paid with a card over the phone, and we agreed on a time. On party day, the pizza did not arrive.... I'm not sure how long I waited before I called to check on the order, but then I was told it was taking a long time because they only had one driver, and it hadn't gone out yet. My dad offered to drive to Dominos to pick up the order, but when he got there, he was told the driver had just left with the order and we were his first stop. We were not his first stop. My dad beat him back to the Roller Roost, and we waited some more. When the driver finally arrived, 50 MINUTES LATE for a party that had ordered TEN PIZZAS THE DAY BEFORE, he told us that he had to deliver another order (or more than one?) before ours, and for future reference, we should use the Dominos in Minersville instead of them for delivery to Roller Roost. Then why did they take the order in the first place?? And why wouldn't they prioritize our very large and very late order before other deliveries?? At no point was I ever offered a discount for them dropping the ball so badly. Do not order from Pottsville Dominos. They literally do not care.
