  Placed my order online. Supposed to be done 7:04- 7:09pm. Showed up 7:15 screen said order was ready front desk said its not ready. Stood there for an addional 30 minutes. My name erased off screen, approached desk again. States food was done they called my name. I said not the last 30 minutes I have been standing here. The food was there before I got there. Not under warmers or anything. I said you never even checked that counter when I arrived. Guy told me it was missed, its a mistake. Never an apology. Told them the food is ice cold. They offered to remake the fries. I declined. Rude waste of money!

  Wings were dry and way overcooked. There was little to no sauce it was like i was eating plain chicken wings. The ranch is really good. The hand cut fries are good just need cooked a little longer. Huge concern was a female manager with a band aide on her finger with no glove on touching food. That's petty nasty and I'm sure a huge no no. Might try back after they've been open for a little bit but Def not impressed

  Wingstop Pottstown was delish!!! The right amount of seasonings, the ranch and blue cheese so good, the chicken crispy, hand cut fries were great! So many options! My family all got something different and we all enjoyed it. Everyone was very nice. It was clean. It was quick! Jen gave me my food and was so friendly! That spot is going to do amazing! 10 out of 10!

  Great addition to the area! Awesome to have a chicken place open late on this side of town, and the staff are so friendly.
