First time at tropical smoothie cafe and was NOT impressed! The workers weren’t dressed professionally, what appeared to be manager was dressed in white tank top with black bra showing right through it, slippers and just was not dressed for customer service. The food just was not great, wrap was greasy, this cafe had a quesadilla section on the menu but did not have sour cream (which is a typical condiment for quesadillas). Overall was not a great experience and will not be back.
Do not eat here. I filed a complaint with the health department about this location. The food handling practices that I saw would get most restaurants closed.

We order from this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location on a regular basis, and during our last two visits, found the acai bowls to be lacking.
Orders from both visits had a minimal acai base (barely a third of the container), an insignificant amount of peanut butter (a paid add-on), and fruit that hardly reached the top of the bowl.
All prior orders have had acai base that filled at least half or more of the bowl, along with a generous amount of both fruit and peanut butter - notably touching, or even squished against, the domed lid when closed.
After seeing my order this morning, I spoke to the employee on duty. She was very professional and receptive to the feedback. She also mentioned however, that the store is under new management. Staff has been instructed to only fill the acai to the white line (roughly a third of the bowl) and weigh them as well. She didn't comment about the fruit or peanut butter, but I assume similar guidance about cutting back was provided for these items as well.
She said she would pass the feedback on to management and asked that we come back again to see if there's improvement.
We understand the need for product and portion control, but if this is the new baseline for the quality and volume of their product going forward, we'll choose to go elsewhere.

It was so busy!
The lovely people working at this location were swamped when I came in. They greeted me and said they would be right with me. I told them to take their time. There were mobile orders and people that ordered at the counter, so it was a bit hectic for 125 PM on a Saturday.
After my order was taken, I watched. They are methodical and kind. If any mistakes happen (rarely) they go above and beyond to remedy them immediately after apologizing. My food was hot and delicious, as always (I love Tropical Smoothie Café, since I discovered them in 2022 coming back from Harrisburg), and my açai berry smoothie was refreshing. I highly recommend this location. If they're busy, please be kind.
DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
My boyfriend and I just walked in and out. The place is run by children as noted by other reviews and now by us. We get to the register and start looking over the menu. No one ever greeted us and when we were ready to order the young girl behind the counter was texting and had an ear bud in; never looked up. Another girl who was cutting up fruit told her to help us and she didn’t want to. Then off to the side, the owner or manager got up from what looked like a meeting and told her to help us. She said she didn’t have her cash, but if she asked us she would have known we were paying with a card. Then one of her friends waked inside and she ran over to her. The manager then took our order. As we were ordering one of the employees, who at least had gloves on came out with street clothes and her bra and midriff showing. At that point we walked out, don’t need something going wrong with our food.
